Project Overview

This project involved the comprehensive design and implementation of a Building Management System (BMS) for a large-scale commercial complex. The goal was to unify the building's electrical, HVAC, lighting, security and access control systems into a single intelligent platform enabling centralised monitoring, automated control and significant reductions in operational energy costs.

Wolpaq deployed an Industry 4.0-ready automation architecture integrating IoT sensors, smart controllers and a cloud-connected management dashboard. The system allows facility managers to remotely monitor and control all building utilities in real time, with AI-driven scheduling that automatically optimises energy consumption based on occupancy patterns and usage data.

Scope of Work

Our team delivered end-to-end project execution covering system design, hardware procurement, installation of automation controllers, sensor networks, and integration of all building subsystems. Comprehensive staff training and a 24/7 remote monitoring arrangement were included to ensure smooth post-deployment operations.

  • Centralised Building Management System (BMS) design and installation
  • Smart lighting automation with occupancy and daylight sensing
  • HVAC control and energy optimisation integration
  • Access control, CCTV and security system unification
