Our warranty policy reflects our commitment to long-term performance and client satisfaction across all our service verticals — from Wind + Solar Hybrid Energy systems to Smart AI Classrooms, IT Infrastructure, CCTV & Surveillance, and Building Automation solutions.
All warranties are subject to proper use, care, and maintenance as outlined in the documentation provided at the time of project handover. Warranty coverage begins from the date of successful commissioning and formal handover to the Client.
Performance warranty guaranteeing minimum 80% power output at year 25. Manufacturer's product warranty of 10 years against defects.
Manufacturer warranty on structural components and generator. Subject to annual service inspection being maintained.
Capacity warranty guaranteeing minimum 70–80% usable capacity at end of warranty period, per manufacturer specification.
Comprehensive on-site warranty covering display, touch functionality, and internal components. Next business day response for critical faults.
Hardware replacement warranty per manufacturer. Switches, routers, and access points covered against manufacturing defects.
Manufacturer warranty on camera bodies, sensors, and NVR hardware. Excludes physical damage and environmental abuse.
Warranty against manufacturing defects on all automation controllers, sensors, and actuators installed as part of BMS projects.
Wolpaq guarantees the quality of all installation work, cabling, and commissioning against defects attributable to our workmanship.
To initiate a warranty claim, the Client must:
Upon validation of the warranty claim, Wolpaq will repair or replace the defective component at no charge to the Client. Response timelines are governed by the severity of the fault and the applicable support agreement in place.
To maintain full warranty coverage and ensure optimal system performance, Wolpaq strongly recommends enrolling in an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) following the initial warranty period. AMC services include scheduled preventive maintenance visits, remote monitoring, priority response support, and preferential pricing on spare parts and upgrades.
